Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends & holidays).

Orders placed after 10am or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after shipment (weekdays only).

Free shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MK Candy Glam is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges.

Estimated international delivery: 8–14 business days after shipment (varies by destination & customs).

Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay may result in return of the package without refund of shipping fees.
Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number; you may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

MK Candy Glam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all original packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours of your shipment date so we can assist with filing a claim.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipment costs.
Backorders & Out of Stock Items

If any items in your order are out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you via email. You have the option to:

Wait for the item and ship together with your order, or
-
Ship the available items now and the backordered items separately at no extra shipping cost.

If you prefer to cancel the backordered items you may request a refund or store credit for them.
