Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Orders placed after 10am or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Shipping carriers: [e.g., USPS, UPS, or whichever you use].

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after shipment (weekdays only).

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MK Candy Glam is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges.

  • Estimated international delivery: 8–14 business days after shipment (varies by destination & customs).

  • Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay may result in return of the package without refund of shipping fees.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.

  • If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number; you may also reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • MK Candy Glam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all original packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours of your shipment date so we can assist with filing a claim.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipment costs.

Backorders & Out of Stock Items

  • If any items in your order are out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you via email. You have the option to:

    • Wait for the item and ship together with your order, or

    • Ship the available items now and the backordered items separately at no extra shipping cost.

  • If you prefer to cancel the backordered items you may request a refund or store credit for them.
